To the Editor:
Randy Shaw's
implication that the Bay Guardian is partially motivated by race or gender bias seems beneath the balance of the piece. In the Bay Area, these issues are serious and deserve better treatment than a casual remark. If he believes the Guardian does exhibit these — or any other bias — Shaw should do an article on that, and cite his references for the accusation. Otherwise, stick to the facts and leave racism as a serious issue and not simple rhetoric for a writer.

To the Editor:
Cory Booker is a crack pot. What a
stupid comment to make about President's campaign. With friends like Booker, Obama does not need too many of individuals like him around. Romney is the one who brought up dirty campaigning and why should Obama remain quiet? I, for one, hate these money guys. They bilk the public and think they can get away with it; they should all be in jail and maybe Booker should join them.
