article is outrageous! Just because someone went to Boalt, they are more honest? And, while you accuse the Chronicle of omitting the fact that Debra Walker is Mirkarimi's leading public backer (not true), you are omitting the fact that Debra Walker has been a friend and staunch supporter of Christina Olague! That is what makes Debra's perjury accusation very, very plausible. Talk about high school newspapers, that is where most of your local political articles belong. Get real, Mr. Shaw!

sounds kind of iffy, with another person saying it did not happen. But I can not see how you get to Aaron Peskin being automatically not credible when Walter Wong won't even make a statement, let alone a sworn statement. If Wong had denied it, you'd have two accusers whose accusations are denied. Don't know anything about City politics, but I wonder.
