As I write this, my room is a mess of piles—clothes, canned goods, bags of dried fruit, bottles of juice; shoes, blankets, wigs, tutus, and of course, fairy wings.

No I am not collecting things to donate… to Narnia; I am getting ready to go to Burning Man for the first time.

A unicorn headdress? Yes of course. You can never be too prepared.

But today’s post is not about what magic awaits in the desert—I’ll write about that when I get back. Today, I wanted to quickly mention a different event coming up—quickly, because these piles won’t pack themselves, and because it is coming up soon.

Lovestock.

Some of you may remember me talking about my magical, amazing, can’t put into words, life-changing experience of Boundless Bliss Bali with Kute Blackson and about twenty others. Well, each year, the amazing Kute and crew put on a party like nothing I have ever experienced or even heard of elsewhere; quite frankly, when I went to Lovestock last year, it was one of the best nights of my life, and I can’t wait to see what happens this year.

I am not even going to bother trying to describe it—first of all, because it would take too long and I am trying to be brief; and second, because that’s just silly. This video will do a much better job showing you what’s in store. I’ll just include the invite. Oh didn’t I tell you? You are invited. Just be sure to RSVP online!

As mentioned above, this amazing event is totally free—though there is a suggested donation of $10 (all funds go to Just Like My Child Foundation.) I’d also recommend coming with an open heart, an open mind, and your dancing shoes.

I hope to see you there!

Namaste, everybody.
