Yes public art is something to admire. But on Tuesday, Febraury 26 when Uptown Tenderloin Director organizing a what would be called a photo for publicity and public relations. It is clear that no residents was either notified or present to take part in the the public art celebration. Especially when public funds are used. Looking forward in being invited next time along with other residents/community activists.

Editor’s Note: Mr. Nulty comments are appreciated. But no public funds were used for the mural and Uptown Tenderloin was not involved with outreach for the event.
